Henry C. Kelly, B.A. in Physics, Cornell University, Ph.D. in Physics, Harvard University, Senior Scientist of University of Michigan, Michigan Institute for Data Science, Non-Resident Senior Fellow of Boston University Institute for Sustainable Energy, Chief Scientist, Energy Policy and Systems Analysis, U.S. Department of Energy, Principal Assistant Director for Environment and Energy, U.S. Department of Energy, and Senior Advisor to the Director of the White House, Office of Science and Technology Policy, and Acting Assistant Secretary for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Resources, U.S. Department of Energy. He is the Fellow of American Physical Society, Fellow of American Association for the Advancement of Science. He won the ACEEE Champion of Energy Efficiency Award in 2000 and Leo Szilard Lectureship Award in 2002. He has numerous publications.
