格伦·戴格尔，美国国家工程院院士，前国际水协会主席，美国水环境联合会研究员，现任美国密歇根大学土木与环境工程系教授，水解决方案有限公司创始人兼总裁，专注于水资源工程和创新。戴格尔教授在西图集团任职35年，期间担任该集团高级副总裁和首席技术官，曾担任美国克莱姆森大学环境系统工程院教授、院长。戴格尔教授积极参与各项重大水务工程项目，发表论文100余篇，出版学术专著4本，并撰写了多本技术手册，为水行业领域实践做出了巨大贡献。此外，戴格尔教授还为纽约、洛杉矶、旧金山、新加坡、香港、伊斯坦布尔、北京等国际都市提供了咨询指导。曾荣获“Kappe, Freese, and Feng”讲座奖，“Harrison Prescott Eddy”奖章,“Morgan”奖以及“Gascoigne”奖等，并被授予美国土木工程师学会“杰出会员”，国际水协会“杰出会士”等荣誉称号。

Glen T. Daigger, Ph.D., P.E., BCEE, NAE. He is currently Professor of Engineering Practice at the University of Michigan and President and Founder of One Water Solutions, LLC, a water engineering and innovation firm. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for CH2M HILL where he was employed for 35 years, and as Professor and Chair of Environmental Systems Engineering at Clemson University. Actively engaged in the water profession through major projects, and as author or co-author of more than 100 technical papers, four books, and several technical manuals, he contributes to significantly advance practice within the water profession. He has advised many of the major cites of the world, including New York, Los Angles, San Francisco, Singapore, Hong Kong, Istanbul, and Beijing. The recipient of numerous awards, including the Kappe, Freese, and Feng lectures, and the Harrison Prescott Eddy, Morgan, and the Gascoigne Awards, he is a Distinguished Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, a Distinguished Fellow of International Water Association (IWA), and a Fellow of the Water Environment Federation. A member of a number of professional societies, Dr. Daigger is former President of IWA and a member of the U.S. National Academy of Engineering.
