梁东方，剑桥大学工程系水动力学教授、土木工程教学团队主席、丘吉尔学院工程学科教导主任，英国土木工程师学会剑桥郡分会主席，并担任《水动力学杂志》、《海事工程》和《安全科学与韧性杂志》副主编，《中国海洋工程》、《海洋科学与工程杂志》和《长江科学院院报》编委会委员，2012年松前国际友好基金会会员，2013年德国洪堡学者（资深研究人员洪堡奖学金），2015年英国皇家工程院工业奖学金获得者，2016年欧盟第七框架计划玛丽居里研究员。其研究方向流体力学、水动力学和环境水力学，现已发表300余篇论文。

Liang Dongfang is a Professor of Hydrodynamics in the Department of Engineering at the University of Cambridge, where he also holds the positions of Head of the Civil Engineering Subject Group, Fellow and Director of Studies at Churchill College, and Chair of the Cambridgeshire Branch of the Institution of Civil Engineers (UK). He serves as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Hydrodynamics, Marine Engineering, and the Journal of Safety Science and Resilience, and is also a member of the editorial boards of China Ocean Engineering, the Journal of Ocean Science and Engineering, and the Journal of Yangtze River Scientific Research Institute. In addition, he was a research fellow of the Matsumae International Friendship Foundation (2012), a Humboldt Fellow for Experienced Researchers (2013-2015), a Royal Academy of Engineering Industrial Fellow (2015), and a Marie Curie Fellow (2016). His research interests encompass fluid mechanics, hydrodynamics and environmental hydraulics, and to date, he has published over 300 peer-reviewed papers.
